In this lively online seminar, actor, director, and faculty member Kurt Naebig introduces new and prospective students to ASC's method of teaching and working: Michael Shurtleff's 12 Guideposts.  These useful tools support the actor's script analysis and lead to active, personal choices in scene work. Please note that this webinar is required for all new ASC Students. (If you are unable to attend this webinar please contact the office and request a recording.)

Please purchase and familiarize yourself with our required reading, Audition by Michael Shurtleff. The majority of our classes are structured around the 12 Guideposts introduced in the book. It's a wonderful resource for actors of all levels.
