ASC is committed to maintaining small class sizes full of dedicated students. In agreeing to the following policies, you help us provide a committed classroom environment for all of our students.
Each adult student that takes a class at Acting Studio Chicago must agree to the terms of our enrollment agreement. (See sample).
Drop Policy Effective January 1, 2015
If you need to drop your class prior to the start of the term, you must give the office at least ONE WEEK’S NOTICE prior to the start of your class.
If you do so:
Any tuition paid toward the class and the non-refundable $100 deposit will be kept on credit at the studio for up to one year, to be applied to a future class.
The non-refundable deposit will be held on credit at the studio for up to one year, to be applied to a future class. Any other tuition paid will be refunded to you (minus a $5 credit card processing fee).
If you fail to notify the office ONE WEEK prior to the start of the first class, you will lose your deposit. Any tuition paid beyond the $100 deposit will be refunded to you (minus a $5 processing fee).
If you drop the class ON THE DAY OF THE FIRST CLASS OR AFTER, the full tuition is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be kept on file for a future class.
The entire fee is due upon registration unless otherwise noted.

If classes are cancelled for any reason, make-up classes will be provided. There will be no refunds or credits for future classes.
