Fiona Garretson

Graduate of the BFA Acting program at The Theatre School at DePaul University, Fiona is a working actor, director, and producer in Chicago. As a teacher, she brings her experience in front of and behind the table to the room to give her students the most well-rounded experience. Most recent Co-Production projects are The Book of Sebastian and Namiram. Chicago theatre credits include Traitor (A Red Orchid), Roll Out (Women’s Theatre Alliance Showcase), When They Came, Lonely Hearts, Creep, and Pam’s Key (Chicago Dramatists Staged Reading), Jettison (Nine Helm), and American Beauty Shop (Chicago Dramatists). Film credits include Friends From College, Angels, Namiram, and Dorkumentary.



Exciting 1 week summer camp for students grade 4-7 who want to explore many of the elements of what it takes to be an actor: relationship, text work, improv, monologue, and on-camera skills.
